Volunteers are needed Friday, April 15th and Saturday, April 16th 2011. Volunteer duties include event set-up, sponsor relations, assisting exhibitors, welcome table hosts, food and beverage, e-recycling, recycling and composting stations and more. Our volunteer needs may change during the event. We appreciate your flexibility!
There will be Volunteer Training conference calls to familiarize volunteers with the event and job responsibilities. Dates will soon be determined.
Benefits of Volunteering
All volunteers receive:
- A Charlotte Clean and Green organic cotton T-shirt
- Snacks and water will be available. Lunch will be provided to volunteers who work more than one shift.
- The opportunity to meet some really great people dedicated to greening our city
- During your non-volunteer time, take the opportunity to attend the green classes, peruse the event and enjoy the exhibitors.
